Tero is an engineer and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in technology and aviation, specialising in unmanned aviation legislation. He is the founder of the consultancy company Innoavia and a recognised expert in urban air mobility.

Company
Gridence is a Finnish technology company registered in Mikkeli, Finland. We develop solutions for airspace situational awareness, helping aviation operators of all sizes improve safety and situational awareness across controlled and uncontrolled airspace.
Why we founded Gridence
Low-altitude airspace is becoming increasingly complex as the number of drones grows rapidly. While drones create new opportunities, they can also introduce safety risks near airports, cities, and critical infrastructure. Many operators still lack practical tools to understand what is happening in the airspace around their operations. Gridence was founded to address this challenge.
